I just bought this physicians formula gentle cover concealer and the powder but when i put them on my face it looked cakey and it didn't hide my bags. Should i have bought the foundation instead of the powder? What does the celebrity's make-up artist use to hide bags under the eyes?How to apply concealer to hide bags under my eyes?
Concealer is thicker than foundation so don't put too much and just use it lightly under your eyes. It wont hid ';bags'; but will work with dark under eye circles. Also with the powder, do light layers till you get the coverage your looking for.
