How do u prevent the fine lines under the eyes after putting on concealer?

I have dark eye rings and uses a concealer to conceal them.. but this causes another problem, as I find that the concealer causes the lines under the eyes to be very obvious.

How can I continue to use the concealer (my eye rings are really v dark) but avoid having obvious lines under the eye...

Thanks..How do u prevent the fine lines under the eyes after putting on concealer?
This was mentioned on the Tyra Show. When you

apply concealer LOOK UP. Because when you look

down the lines appear more and the concealer gets

in between the lines under your eyes. While if you

look up it stretches the eye area and doesn't leave

any concealer to be in any lines around your eye.How do u prevent the fine lines under the eyes after putting on concealer?
If You Have Dark Under Eye Circles, Then What You Need Is A Yellow Skin Corrector (Try Physicians Formula), Because Yellow Corrects Brown, As Green Corrects Redness. You Can Also Dab A Lighter Concealer Under Your Eye (Never Rub Your Eye Area, Its Much Too Sensitive, Just Dab, Its Better). You Can Also Use A Light Shimmery Beige Or Power And Dust Just Alittle Over Your Concealer, But Not Too Much. Another Product You Might Want To Try Is, Clean And Clear's Eye Correcting Stick. It Has Light Reflectors, And When You Apply It, It Has A Cool Tingly Feel To It (It Really Does Work).

I Hope This Works For You, *Good Luck*.
oh my eyes are very dark too!

that didn't really answer your question, lol, but oh well =]
Actually, the simplest (and best!) trick for avoiding problems with concealer and wrinkles/lines (you mean crow's feet at the outside corner, primarily, right?), is to only use concealer from the inner corner of the undereye area to *about* the middle of the eye. Almost all dark circles are really only visible under the inner half of the eye. Apply your concealer from the inner corner to half-way to 2/3rds of the way out toward the outer edge of the eye, and then cover the remainder with your foundation when you apply it. This way the concealer won't cake in those pesky wrinkles and you really don't need it on the outer portions of the undereye.

I know you don't think that this will work - I didn't when I first read it, I've had dark circles my whole life and now have crow's feet - but it really does!

PS - Teamine is a really good undereye cream for dark circles. It's not a miracle cure, but my circles are MUCH lighter now than when I started using it, and although it's not cheap, it lasts a VERY long time so you get good value for your money. Hope this helps!!!
Use a base one shade lighter than your normal skin tone. It fills in the creases so that your concealer goes on smooth. :)
the first thing is that you have to apply the concealer by tapping it around your eyes until it blends with your skin and you reach to a level of satisfaction about the covering because i have dark circles too around my eyes and when i started this tapping method with my finger tips it really worked for me at first i apply little concealer and then if i am not satisfied i apply a little more and so on until you get the circles covered and the second thing is that you have to look up when you apply the concealer so that the skin around your eyes is stretched,

after applying the concealer then apply with a blusher blush not the big size brush but the medium or even small size blusher brush and apply a powder foundation under your eyes i recommend using maybelline dream mousse concealer and there powder foundation too it will help
Eyes, the first thing we notice about someone we have just met, and we look into peoples eyes when we talk to them. It is said the eyes are the windows of the soul.

There are many concealing creams to camouflage dark circles, but I find Dermablend the best. Its non comedogenic, does not cause millia and the colour range is excellent.
First start with a light moisturizer then with a concealer brush apply the concealer from the inside corner of your eye to the out side corner. Remember to apply 1-2 shades lighter than your normal shade. And slightly look up. Remeber brushes leave almost no lines so don't apply foundation or concealer with your fingers use a sponge or a concealer brush or a foundation brush.
