First tap on about 3 times around the dark circles. Then using your ring finger to spread it across the dark circle using a tapping motion. If it's not enough, tap more from the stick. But dont over do it, or it will look weird under indoor lighting. If you do not want to use your finger, use a concealer brush, and spread it around the eye area .
