Maybelline dream matte mousse concealer, it's really thick so will definatly cover your dark eyes.
A good concealer would be physicians formula under eye concealer. It goes on evenly and matches well when blended and topped off with a little loose powder. I don't like color sticks like green and purple which are recommended for skin discolorations because you still have to top of with a little foundation and loose powder and this can cause the under eye to look caked on and heavy. You also want to apply the minimal amount of make-up to the under eye because your eyes are very sensitive. I would also recommend the garnier fructis eye roller stick because it helped make my eyes a little lighter and less puffy and it costs about 12 dollars. Hope this helps because it works great for me.
