Do you put foundation and powder over your under-eye concealer?

Apply three small dots of concealer under your eye along the bone. Blend well. Then apply your foundation as usual and lightly powder with downward strokes. This will give you a smooth natural look.Do you put foundation and powder over your under-eye concealer?
i put on foundation first, because sometimes you will not need concealer after you put on foundation. if you do, pat it in with your ring finger or a brush. do not rub, because you will just be rubbing it off. i don't use powder, because my skin is dry, and powder would make my under eyes look crepey.Do you put foundation and powder over your under-eye concealer?
No your screaming for trouble...I am a MAC make-up artist and from experience I have learned that concealer ';eats up'; foundations and powders... instead of concealer and foundation use a blot powder from MAC it doesn't even feel like you have anything on..it has a sheer feel and gives a more natural look!
wow 3 step makeup? thats way too much it will dry your skin out andf cause premature aging.
yes...but blend it very well.
put foundation on first, then concealer, then powder on top to set it all in place
The concealer goes on top.
