At what age can I wear concealer under my eyes?

I'm still a teenager, but I have dark skin under my eyelids and I'm not tired! I'm afriad that I'm too young to be wearing concealer because of the risk of developing plugged pores.At what age can I wear concealer under my eyes?
Makeup applied and removed properly will not clog your pores.

I'm 13 and i cant go out of my room without makeup on! just make sure u take care of ur skin by moisturising, exfoiliating and always takin makeup of :) good luck ;)
haey,there is no age restriction,you can use concealer but keep in mind that you must remove it before you go to bed,dont leave it on your face more than 10 hrs.use a good cleanser,and you will be fine.

There are two things to check for when picking out concealer though... if you have naturally fair skin (cool) or darker or tanned skin (warm). Here is a site that sells the stuff but they have a great way of explaining which you should use.
