What kind of concealer is best for dark under-eye circles?

I currently use a Stila concealer, it has fine colour and coverage, but it doesn't ever really seem to dry, and always seems a little sticky, so I can't recommend it. If I knew of one that worked well and reliably, I wouldn't be shopping around for a good one, myself. Maybe next time I will try Elizabeth Arden (I like the foundation), or M.A.C....

A few things, though....

It might not just be lack of sleep and thin under-eye skin, as so many people say... Some of us actually tan under our eyes, more than any other part of our face, so try wearing a high-caliber sunblock under the eyes, and sunglasses when you are outside.

When you apply the concealer, work from the outside in toward the corners, to avoid stretching and damaging the delicate skin. Also, be aware of the ingredients in the make-up. I have noticed that some of the cheaper brands irritate the skin, and actually make the circles worse, with the rings deepening, so even if the colour matches the overall skintone, the deep lines are still visible.

Best of luck with it...

Sometimes I get so sick of people telling me I look tired, I reply, ';You look tired!'; Which doesn't even make much sense as a comeback, really, but it maybe it will help them to see how rude they are in pointing out something that I am already unhappy about. What kind of concealer is best for dark under-eye circles?
There are many brands in the Drug-Store. Look for something that is a little lighter than your skin tone. Blend blend blend :)What kind of concealer is best for dark under-eye circles?
If the circles are dark use a yellow based one if they are red under eyes use a concealer with green tint. Make sure you try the concealer on the palm of the hand near wrist, match it close to your skin tone or you will look like a raccoon.I am light skin ,get plenty of sleep but also have dark circles.
NYC Yellow Pencil. It is about $3 and does wonders in concealing the dark circles-
It's called sleep.
It depends on the complexion of the rest of your skin. You could use green , yellow or beige depending on the color of the rest of your face and blend over with your foundation.
Neutrogena skin soothing undereye corrector. This is the first concelaer that I can say honestly works I have naturally dark circles around my eyes and this stuff works it also has like a peppermint oil in it and when you put it on you can fell a light sting to it , it fdoesnt hurt or feel bad it actually feels refreshing but it does the job and i dont have to reappy it at all the best part is it doesnt clump or leave you with bright white circles
There are many causes of dark circles, from age, heredity, allergies, cold or sinus infection, bone structure and glasses which are not so commonly known.

If you would like to apply home remedies to reduce dark circles, here are some of my suggestions:

Buy a box of regular, old fashioned unflavored gelatin (e.g. Knox) from grocery store. Take a small cup or bowl and put in 1 teaspoon of the gelatin mix. Add one tablespoon of boiling water %26amp; stir for a minute. Test it on your wrist to make sure it is not too hot. Then, using a cotton ball, pat it under your eyes as you would an eye cream or gel. Go lie down and listen to some music, or take a bath %26amp; let it stay on for at least 30 minutes. Then just rinse it off.Gelatin is very high in Vitamin K %26amp; Biotin. It will not remove your dark circles on the first application (but you will notice a difference), but if you do it daily for a week, and then 2-3 times a week for maintenance, you should notice a drastic reduction in dark circles.

First, I think sleeping regularly and early, improving your blood circulation such as excercising, and use tea-bags/ cucumber as eye masks/treatments can help to lesson the dark undereye circles. In terms of ';hiding'; them by make ups, I think you can try Neutrogena's eye concealer with has SPF 20. I used that and the texture is thin so you can determine how much is needed to cover your circles. There are A LOT of under eye concealers and I think the hot one is BeneFit's Bo-ing (cost ~18usd).
I've heard that if you smidge red lipstick under the dark circles and blend with concealer,it helps!!

But it depends on the tone of your skin about what concealer is best for you.

I hope I helped : )
