The best under eye concealer and makeup kit I have ever used is made by a company called Color Me Beautiful. I purchased it in a store called Ulta. You can look for them on line. It is the best concealer and skin corrector I have ever used. It is $18 but lasts a very long time. It has anchorwoman blue for under the eyes, yellow, lavender to even out skin tones and then a skin color color concealer to go over your whole face. It is fabulous. Try it. I look twenty years younger every day because of this kit.

I use Mary Kay products, also need concealer and often used Mary Kay Tinted Moisturizer instead of concealer. The extra moisture helps relieve puffiness and dryness. The tint matches many foundation shades and coverage appears to me equal to foundation. It's perfect for daily wear, applies quickly and easily.





I also use (off and on since about a year ago) Bare Minerals makeup - I've noticed that the dark circles and puffiness ';seems'; much improved after regular use of the Mineral foundations. Because of the expensive nature of all these products, I recommend you use the best that you can afford for your skin.





To reduce puffiness try a home remedy that I enjoy. Getting enough rest/sleep will help alleviate the dark circles.





Warm tea bags might be more relaxing on a cold winter day, and it has been found to reduce under eye puffiness just as well as the cold tea bags.
