I have pretty bad circles under my eyes (nothing to do with sleep - I've had them since I was in middle school). The problem is that when I use concealer, my eyes get red and watery - not attractive. I usually buy makeup from the drug store so I finally splurged and bought Clinique concealer. It did the same thing. Any suggestions for brands (or places to get samples to make sure everything is ok before I buy)?Allergy to under eye concealer?
try a hypoallergenic brandAllergy to under eye concealer?
Try Bare Minerals Well Rested, or Bisque. Both will work great, but I prefer Well Rested. (Bisque is made to be a concealer, but people use it for under there eyes.) It shouldn't effect your eyes because it is made from crushed minerals--there are no chemicals or irritants in any of the Bare Minerals products. It covers dark circles wonderfully--and I am Italian so my circles are pretty dark. You can also use Well Rested as an eyeshadow base, or just as an eyeshadow.
You can go to QVC's website and try it. They always have 30-day no question returns, but right now for the Holidays, it is 60 days. So if it irritates your eyes, you can just return it. Also, Sephora is good about returning, too. You can also try makeup at Sephora.
Hope this helps and good luck!
