Do general concealers and under-eye concealers work the same?

Well, I use my under-eye Max Factor concealer as concealer for small spots as well. But I'd like to see your opinions.Do general concealers and under-eye concealers work the same?
Use an under eye concealer one shade lighter than the foundation you use. If your regular concealer is one shade lighter, it should be fine for under the eyes.Do general concealers and under-eye concealers work the same?
yeah. Just use normal concealor for everything!
