try washing your face and putting on your concealer only. give it about an hour or so, then check yourself out in the bathroom mirror. check again standing outside in the sunlight with a mirror. if it looks too obvious, you might want to use a bit of foundation, too.Do you have to put on foundation if your wearing concealer under eyes?
no problem. :) thanks for the points. the best concealer i've found yet is Clinique Airbrush. it feels very light, not cakey, blends easily, and covers surprisingly well for being so lightweight. not cheap, but not bad. go to the Clinique counter and they'll let you try some out. good luck! I asked the exact same question to a couple makeup specialists, and they told me it was probably best if you do, which made me sad because I don't wear foundation but wanted to get rid of the bags under my eyes. :(
That said, what the other person said is probably correct. If you can find a concealor that matches your skin tone, you don't need to bother. I didn't try to do this because it seemed like a lot of work- there are a couple eye creams you can use that are supposed to permanently get rid of puffiness and bags. I use Innoxa and it seems to work pretty well. The Garnier Brightening Eye Roll On is also quite a good product.
Try what bad kitty face said first though, I think you might be able to try out various concealors at a local pharmacy and see what matches you skin tone.
its not needed but it helps for a heavy coverage
you donhave to but it might make it stay better
