Definitely. I went to MAC today for foundation as well as a concealer specifically for dark cirles under the eyes, and she suggested Studio Sculpt for both.

Yes that would work very well but i think you should use a powder ontop of it. Benefit makes a great one called ';Get Even'; I believe they only make 3 shades, one is light, one is medium and one is dark.
