which won't make it look flaky and dry and obvious im wearing makeup??
Any tips on how to apply the best one?CONCEALERS! what is best to use on dry under eyes: liquid concealer or a creamy one?
to be honest, i wouldn't recommend any, because they can make you look more tired and give you a older appearance, but that doesn't mean i wouldnt mention a few, But first you need to keep up with moisturising your undereyes. preferably with a non perfumed, and oragnic moisturiser like neals yards frankincense cream (which is 98% organic certified) and is a natural moisturiser, which i use on the daily bases all over my face and over and under my eyelids. its extremely good! i assure you, or if not, a Vitamin C,, Vitamin E cream which will brighten your undereyes in time naturally, it will also lubricate the under eye, making it less prone to flakey ness with make up. and will reflect light. which will in time defeat the appearance of dark under eyes,
For the make up. Use maybelline age rewind under eye concealer which is a liquid with rubs into a creamy concealer. but only use a minimal amount, as the stuff is very 'concentrated' as you will see when you put it on. The price is very good. and the best shade to get is a shade lighter than your skin tone. only by one shade. so if you are a beige skin tone, with yellow undertones. you would buy fair-medium, and so on. Remember Moisturiser Before, Concealer After.
Also, remember before you invest in a new concealer, there is colour correctors out there, powders and minerals which can diminish the appearance of dark under eyes, with certain colour shades. :)

if your undereyes arent really dark then i woundnt even recommend using a concealer..try using a tinted moisturizer. the one by covergirl works amazing and that gives you a light coverage that doesnt clog pores, sun protection and moisture, but if they are really dark or moderatly dark i would reccommend a liquid one because i think that creamy ones look too thick and that is just robbing your skin of what it needs!
i personally think creampy ones are better and some tips is put a face cream or a face moisturizer under eyes before you but on the conclearer it will make it go on smoother and it will make it last longer
I would say liquid. I use GOSH Touch Up concealer and it's great. It doesn't look too makeup-y and it doesn't irritate my skin, which is important for the delicate eye area. It covers well too.
I find liquid best: just add a little under your eye and rub it in until you've concealed what you wanna conceal.
creamy
Liquid, I love YSL Touche Eclat, its a life saver.
